Deliveries

Delivery charges are calculated on a weight and volume basis and are shown at the checkout stage of the buying process. If you click 'add to basket' on your chosen item's page you will be taken to the shopping basket where the delivery charge will be displayed. If you have ordered a large item we will call you to confirm a suitable delivery date.

Deliveries take place using 3 methods (subject to stock availability):

• Our own dedicated delivery team (particularly for heavy items locally).
• Carrier to anywhere in mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Standard delivery is using a 2 or 3 day service depending on the size of the products. If you need a delivery sooner please call us to discuss a next day service at an extra cost. Also, please contact us for details and costs of delivery to the Highlands and remote areas, we do not deliver off-shore or to Ireland.
• Royal Mail for smaller items.
  

Please let us know if your order is required by a certain date and we will do our utmost to get it there in time (within reason!).

PLEASE NOTE: If you are fairly local to our distribution centre near Newbury in Berkshire and you are relatively flexible on delivery dates, you may qualify for our free delivery service on large items. In this case, please call us on 01635 248683 for further details.

If your order is likely to fit in your vehicle you are welcome to come and collect your order from our premises near Newbury in Berkshire. Click here for our location.

We have squeezed a lot of toys into the smallest of cars over the years although it is a lot easier when you don't have many passengers!

Roofracks or trailers are sometimes required!

Assembly and Installation

This service is available particularly for our own Langley Range of wooden play equipment. Our own talented team of engineers can be booked to deliver and install the larger items and the price of this service is dependent on which products are installed as well as the distance to the installation site.

However, we do provide excellent assembly instructions with each order and can always help on the phone if necessary.
