Langley Rose Cottage Playhouse with platform and slide -
This attractive yet compact wooden childrens playhouse is small enough to be discreet in the garden but big enough to provide hours of imaginative fun for both boys and girls. Secured to a metre high platform with balustrade and balcony at the front of the playhouse and a sloping wooden ladder to the side giving easy access to the platform, there will definitely be a King and Queen of this castle! Also included is a green wave slide for a fast getaway when needed. The slide can be positioned on either side of the playhouse and adds an extra element of excitment to this popular allround wooden childrens playhouse.
The elevated nature of the Langley Rose Cottage Playhouse with platform and slide means that there is more play space available below the playhouse which can easily be adapted into another den with some imagination. Alternatively, it is a handy area for storage of other childrens play equipment. It also allows the playhouse to be sited on slightly sloping ground as the legs of the playhouse can be dug into the ground to different depths to ensure the playhouse is level.
With three windows and a large full height door, the inside of the playhouse is flooded with natural light and, as the windows are styrene glazed, the playhouse is also well protected from the elements.
The playhouse roof is covered in mineral felt for extra protection and there is also a lovely verandah to the front of the playhouse - ideal for flower pots or to park up the pram or bike!
The Langley Rose Cottage Playhouse with platform and slide is supplied in panels consisting of a solid timber frame with tongue and grooved shiplap cladding which has a factory base coat treatment pre-applied so you can paint the playhouse any colour you like. The solid sheet floor and roof panels of the playhouse come with floor joists and felt covering respectively. The platform frame is supplied in parts of 3 in x 3 in (75 x 75 mm) timber for the legs and 3 in x 2 in (75 x 4mm) timber for the frame.
