Returns are permitted in the following cases:

1. Unsuitable product on arrival. Return in original packaging, undamaged, payment for return to be made by purchaser, with 90% refund; or by The Active Toy Company, with 75% refund.

2. Product damaged and unusable on arrival. Return in original packaging, payment for return to be made by The Active Toy Company.
